Team Programming at Kids in Motion
Team programming at Kids in Motion is designed to help all kids maximize their potential. Whether you just want the fun of performing your routines for friends and family, or you want to test your skills against other Missouri gymnasts, we have a program for you.
Our USA-GFF team competes in-house. Each gymnast receives an all-around trophy for her hard work, ribbons commemorating her achievements on individual events, and her personal score sheets so that she can see where she excelled and where she needs to improve. Gymnasts who participate in our in-house meets can begin competing once they've mastered the Level 1 skills and routines.
Our Amerikids Team competes in the St. Louis region in the Amerikids Gymnastics League. Here, they compete USAG routines and receive medals or ribbons based on their event scores. They also have the potential to win all-around trophies. Finally, some of our competitive teams enter to win team trophies, pitting their scores against other area clubs.
Our A.C.E. Team is a program designed specifically for girls who are 5th grade and over who don't want to or are unable to follow the traditional compulsory training schedule. Girls in this program compete in our USA-GFF League with optional routines composed of skills they have already mastered.
Our USAG Team begins at Level 5. These gymnasts attend both the Amerikids competitions and USAG competitions. Gymnasts compete in USAG programming by invitation only.
